Long veils of sheer mosquito netting flow in the warm breeze of the savannah. Glimpses of prowling lions, ambling giraffes and regal African elephants draw us back to a time of the first explorers and proud native tribes. The colors of brilliant white and durable khaki reflect the hot sun. Men in pith helmets and women in Victorian sun hats gather for a celebration, drawn by the heart-felt tunes of Highland bagpipes blending with African drums and dancing.
The serpentine Harvest Table is draped with African block-printed fabric, backdropped by Valiant’s exclusive 8-foot hand-painted murals. Tribal masks and shields greet guests at every turn, and reverent statues of savannah wildlife celebrate the untamed Dark Continent.
